In consideration of being permitted to participate in any way or be apart of the activities of Smoky Mountain Paintball and/or other events under the auspices of Smoky Mountain Paintball
I acknowledge and agree that:
The risk of injury from the activity and weaponry involved in paintball and airsoft is significant including the potential for permanent disability or death and while particular protective equipment and personal discipline will minimize the risk, the risk of serious injury does exist.
I knowingly and freely assume all such risk, both known and unknown even if arising from the negligence of those persons released from liability below. I assume full responsibility for my participation, or anyone with me.
I understand that paintball and airsoft are physically and mentally intense. I understand the rules of play and will comply with all rules and regulations. If I observe any unusual or unnecessary hazard during my participation , I will bring such to the attention of the nearest Referee or official as soon as it is practical to do so.
I for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representative and next of kin. HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS, Smoky Mountain Paintball and any of the associates as in, leasers of the premises used to conduct the paintball activities, their officers, officials, agent and/or employees (releases), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, and/or loss or damage to persons or property. Whether caused by the negligence of their releasees or otherwise. This release includes any of one associated with Smoky Mountain Paintball, and the employees and/or associates of the company.
I understand and agree that this RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT covers each and every paintball or airsoft activity or event in which I participate hereafter. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR RAINCHECKS DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER. I HAVE READ, HEARD, AND UNDERSTAND THE RULES AND AM LIABLE FOR MY ACTIONS. IF I DO NOT FOLLOW THE RULES I AM SUBJECT TO EJECTION FROM THE FIELD FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE DAY WITHOUT REFUND.
I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT. I FULLY UNDERSTAND THE TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP THE SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.

This is to certify that I, as parent/guardian with legal responsibility for this participant, do consent and agree not only to his/her release of Smoky Mountain Paintball, and anyone associated with Smoky Mountain Paintball but to release and indemnify the releases from any and all liabilities incident to his/her involvement in these activities for myself, assigns, and next of kin.
